Rachel Foux BA (hons) BASRT (Assoc), MAC, APPPAH

Rachel has combined fifteen years experience as a sexual educator and therapist with her training in tantra, shamanism, healing and psychosexual therapy to create an accessible sex and relationship coaching program. She is the first point of contact for all clients beginning their coaching journey and has a private practice in London and Hertfordshire, as well as by phone or Skype.

Rachel is passionate about supporting men, women and couples to find greater fulfilment and pleasure in their sex and relationships. She uses her vibrant personality and compassion to transform misunderstandings, dissolve doubt and to increase personal confidence and contentment amongst her clients.

Rachel is a pioneer in the field of sex education and is a founding executive committee member of BASE: British Association of Sexual Educators and member of the Association of Coaching.

FAQ'S About Rachel


Why do I need to have an initial consultation with Rachel?

Rachel’s therapeutic training and background make her an ideal first base for you to explore your sex or relationship concerns and desires. She is committed to supporting you throughout your program and is available via telephone and email between sessions for clarification or encouragement. You may also choose to have ongoing coaching with her privately as well as practical sessions.


Is there physical contact between Rachel and clients?

Rachel’s role is to coach you, rather than engage with you in any physical exercises, as this is the role of our multi talented teachers. Despite this, she’ll hold you throughout your program with her encouragement and support.
