Sarah has been working with sexuality for eight years. She is a sex and relationship coach and educator who passionately believes that everyone has the potential for vibrant and pleasure filled sex and relationships and that this is a vital part of our overall health and well-being.
In addition to individual coaching, Sarah runs workshops creating a safe space for people to learn and explore their sexuality, pleasure and desires. She support clients to clear whatever is in the way of them fully enjoying their life as a sexual being, to connect with their bodies and empowering them to have the sex and relationships they deserve and desire.

Two key areas of her work are supporting clients to overcome sexual issues in natural and sustainable ways, and redefining pleasure. This includes exploring how clients limit their pleasure, expanding their possibilities for experiencing pleasure and discovering new pleasures.
She has participated in many sexuality trainings and is a qualified coach, NLP and HNLP practitioner. Sarah is currently studying for her Certified Professional Sex Coach certification (with Sex Coach U). Sarah is a member of the British Association of Sex Educator (BASE), The
Sexual Health and Disability Alliance (SHADA) and World Association for Sexual Health (WAS)
