INITIAL CONSULTATION

Whether you’re seeking individual or relationship coaching, our service always begins with an initial consultation.

This 90-minute meeting with Rachel gives you an opportunity to openly discuss your sexual concerns without judgment or criticism. You may choose to take this consultation with Rachel either in person or by telephone and will be reassured by the safe and confidential space that you are given, to talk about yourself in as much detail as you wish.

Rachel has more than 15 years experience of speaking, writing and teaching about sexuality and intimate relationships so there’s very little that she hasn’t heard about sex. Her approach is always professional, sensitive, positive and humorous.

This consultation is a pre requisite before beginning any sex & relationship coaching, as it provides us with necessary information about you, with which we create your personalized program. From time to time, Rachel may also refer you for hormone testing or a medical MOT prior to commencing your coaching program.

The initial consultation also gives you an opportunity to get to know us and to ask your questions about the practical sessions. Without this consultation, we are unable to provide you with the quality of service that stands our program apart from other sex coaching.
