Sex and Relationship Coaching initiation program offers a unique opportunity for men or women over 18, with little or no experience of relationships, sex or intimacy, to develop confidence and experience in a safe and therapeutic environment.

Our six-step program is structured to help both men and women to overcome embarrassment and timidity and to increase communication skills, as well as enhancing practical experience and confidence.

Each step is directed and supported by our competent teachers and includes coaching, physical exercises and lots of encouragement.
